Dr. Lou, Thanks for collage about Tibet!
9/30/24

Hi, Dr. Lou!

Very interesting collage on Tibet you offered last night.
It is good to be aware that there are many cultures
on this Earth.  That is mostly what I took from your presentation
on your adventures in Tibet.
China has always been a big mystery to me -
in that it seems to have evolved separate from any cultures around it.
I can't but wonder how ancient Chinese - and Tibetans -
view the story of Adam and Eve, for instance.
Did ancient China pay any attention to it -
and what do current Chinese think about it?

Perhaps you have some ideas about that.
When we have our next tea together, we can chat about it.
OK?

Personally, my whole world has stemmed from the ancient story of Adam & Eve;
but in making me wonder why Adam and Eve gained disfavor from God,
I have decided to live my life like I am an Adam -
without having to eat of that proverbial tree of knowledge of good and evil
that Adam and Ever were told not to eat of.
I have simply decided that what one decides to do - another does not have to follow.
Wow!  Does that make it simple!

If Adam and Eve were told to "not eat of that tree,"
then presto, I should not either.
Eat only of the Tree of Knowledge of Good - and leave that evil part out -
and presto, one can always live in a "Garden of Eden."
It's a lot like going to a doctor and complaining of hurt when you do something
and the doctor simply telling you - Well, then don't do that!

Don't mess with that tree of knowledge of good and evil
and eat only of The Tree of Knowledge of God - and Good!
Hey, it has worked for me!  Why not?

Tell Barb and everyone Hello!

Gently,

Will
