OH, WHAT A DELIGHT, IT IS!

Hello, Everyone!
I know it is not a delight for all, but
OH, WHAT A DELIGHT IT IS for me!
As a bit of a distraction from all the many concerns of the day,
this weekend, I put on one of my DVD productions that I called
TEN VIRTUES OF A CHRISTIAN NATURALIST.
It is a combination of a VHS program I did in 1986 that I called
TEN VIRTUES OF NAKEDNESS and a VHS summary program
as a followup I did in 2008. I was 44 when I did the first run
and 66 when I did the second run.
But what a delight to see it all again!
Even though I did it, I don't think I have looked at it
in over 5 years or so. Even when I uploaded it to
Media On Demand, where I put it for all to see,
I did not look at it. I simply uploaded from a master
and crossed my fingers that it is probably alright.
Again, I know it may not be a delight for all,
but I do believe it can be a delight for some.
It is a very low key commentary on life program
that can only appeal to some,
but I am so glad I did the two runs - one in 1986 -
and one in 2008 - and then combined them into a single
4 hr DVD. I watched it with Nancy by bits -
though Nancy did not see it all for having to attend to other things
now and then. She will say it is "ok," whereas I say it is
much more than just ok. It is a DELIGHT!
But ok is fine too.
I am always OK when people ask me how I am doing.
"Just OK?" some will respond - and I will always say
"Yes," OK is just fine, but I must admit that "I'M DELIGHTED"
is even better.
So, be it "just ok" or "IT'S A DELIGHT," I am saying that
TEN VIRTUES OF A CHRISTIAN NATURALIST is a program
I recommend for all. Yes, I am naked in it, but then how can one
do a program offering a commentary on the
"ten virtues of nakedness" without going naked himself - or herself?
Tell me that!
I end the program with a poem I wrote a long time ago
called WATCH WITH ME. That is only a suggestion -
not a command. But I do believe that if you do
"watch with me," you may find yourself angry at my suggestions
at one point and maybe content at another point -
but overall, you may find it "ok" in the words of my dear wife, Nancy.
If interested, put in my name "Francis Bessler" in a search bar -
preferably Amazon - and see if you can find it.
It is one of ten DVD programs I am putting out there
for open minded folks like me to peruse.
I will leave it at that!
HAVE A GOOD ONE, Everybody!
And Please vote in our general election this year.
Nancy and I are signed up for absentee voting,
but if early voting is available in Laramie,
we may do that too.
Let us all be responsible - and vote!
I intend on stopping by our court house today
and finding out when absentee ballots will be mailed out
and when early voting is available if it is.
I will be voting for Biden & Harris because I believe
they represent a more "global" look at things
whereas Trump and Pence are much too caught up
with looking at how something might impact them personally
and by so doing, overlook taking care of what's good for all -
not only for America - but for the entire world.
In brief, Trump and Pence look at a belly button
and think it is an entire body - whereas Biden and Harris
represent trying to see the whole body - and acting accordingly.
