Goodbye to Gypsy!
4/15/22
Hi, Everyone!
Family knows, but to let you know, our 14 yr. old Beagle dog, Gypsy,
died yesterday. She has been sick for several months,
but we wanted to let her live as long as she could.
I put her out around 4:45 to relieve herself.
Nancy looked to let her back in around 5
and found her collapsed on our ramp.
As it is, she died on Holy Thursday, but between us,
I think every day is Holy - even this one Christians call Good Friday.
But about Gypsy, I am so glad we had her.
Like niece, Dee, offered, pets are like family
if we treat them that way - and Gypsy was definitely one of us.
I do not see her gone as much as away, know what I mean?
Dogs have souls too - and Gypsy is simply starting a new life.
