Someplace Where
I've Been Before
By

REFRAIN:
I'm going to someplace where I've been before
because the Divinity's the same,
no matter what the shore.
God is everywhere, my friend,
no matter where I might go.
So, I'm going to somewhere where I've been before.
I think I'll take a little walk
and head down the street;
and as I go, I will greet
everyone I meet;
and in everyone I will greet,
I'll see an angel in disguise;
for when I wave at anyone,
my soul always knows delight.
Refrain.
Today, I find myself
on this wonderful planet, Earth.
It's so good to see little godlings
scampering upon the dirt.
As they scamper, I'll go with them
and with the birds, I will fly;
and God will be with all of us
because God is only the Divine.
Refrain.
Who worries about tomorrow
whatever the morrow might be.
As long as I see God in All,
All will be the same for me.
Well, my friend, you might as well
come along and with me, be free.
Look everywhere and see the Divine
and you will know your own Divinity.
Refrain.
REFRAIN 2:
You're going to someplace where you've been before
because the Divinity's the same,
no matter what the shore.
God is everywhere, my friend,
no matter where you might go.
So, you're going to somewhere where you've been before.
REFRAIN 3:
We're going to someplace where we've been before
because the Divinity's the same,
no matter what the shore.
God is everywhere, my friend,
no matter where we might go.
So, we're going to somewhere where we've been before.
Yes, we're going to somewhere
where we've been before.
